Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive way to examine a client’s body to see what areas of the body could be contributing to their problems. Nutrition Response Testing is precise and based off of scientific evidence that assess the body’s nervous system. A practitioner will analyze a client by touching various points on the body to determine which organs are “active” and asking for help.
First off, the easiest way to see how Nutrition Response Testing works is to schedule a consult and experience it for yourself!
Nutrition Response Testing utilizes a person’s energy to help determine organs that need nutritional support. The organs will show up as “active” which means they are asking for help. This process can be related to how the body responds in a hypothermic state. If a person falls in a frozen lake when it is cold outside their body will go into a state of survival mode. The body will send blood to the major organs and it will not supply the arms, legs, fingers, and/or toes with blood. This is why people get frostbite and often their extremities furthest away from the heart like fingers and toes do not survive.
So how does this scenario relate to Nutrition Response Testing? When a person has their arm raised and a practitioner places pressure on their arm the person’s arm will stay strong or the arm will go weak. If a person’s arm goes weak while the practitioner is applying pressure to a specific organ that shows that the organ is “active” and asking for help. The body feels challenged by the practitioner placing pressure on the persons arm and the body decides that it is more important to let the arm go weak in order to protect the organ.
For example, if a practitioner is assessing a client and their arm goes weak while the practitioner is touching the client’s heart that shows that their heart is “active” and needs help. The clients body knows it is more important to protect the heart than it is to keep their arm strong. The practitioner is then able to identify the stressor in the heart and identify the specific nutritional support for each specific client.
