Muscle testing is a non-invasive way to analyze and assess the body to see what underlying issues are present. The problem areas can then be identified and corrected through natural remedies.
As a Registered Nurse I observed patients undergoing tests everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. It could have been anything from getting poked for a blood draw, or having to be put under sedation for a specific test. I figured there had to be a better way that was not so invasive and then I found muscle testing.
The key to health is in nutrition. Unfortunately, the food that is available to eat is not as nutrient dense as it was back in the day. Therefore, it is important that whole food supplements are taken to help bridge the gap. At Clean Life Family we have practitioner grade whole food supplements that are integrated into each personalized wellness program.
About Muscle Testing
Muscle testing is a safe, natural and non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these causes are found and corrected through natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself and maintain more optimum health.
Muscle Testing has been around for years. Dr. George Goodheart developed muscle testing in the early 1960’s using his expertise of applied and clinical kinesiology. Muscle testing works because it is a manual bio-feedback system of getting information from the autonomic nervous system (the system that runs the body). It’s all about physics, the electrical system of the body, and energy.
Muscle testing is very precise and scientific. However, if you were to be analyzed using this method before it was explained to you, you might find it strange, or simply not believable – only because it is probably very different from anything you may have experienced before.
Does Muscle Testing Really Work?
Yes. This technology is being successfully used by thousands of healthcare practitioners across the country, helping hundreds of thousands of patients to overcome a wide variety of health problems and achieve more optimum health. It has been featured in numerous publications including The American Chiropractor, Chiropractic Economics, and DC Products Review.
What is the Muscle Testing Process?
Muscle testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the root cause of ill health. It uses muscle strength testing to communicate with the body’s own innate intelligence to evaluate the body’s response to a broad variety of substances that may be affecting health and function.
Instead of connecting electrodes to the areas being tested, as in an EKG, the practitioner will utilize different stressor vials to elicit a muscle response. Depending how the clients muscle responds will help the practitioner to identify areas of stress in that clients body.
Creating a Personalized Wellness Program
Clinical experience tells us that when we have found the correct nutritional and detoxifying supplements, as indicated by this analysis procedure, we can devise a personalized wellness program for your body.
This will be a highly personalized nutritional and detoxifying supplement schedule. We have identified the most important first step in correcting the underlying deficiency or toxicity that caused the organ/area to be stressed in the first place. By following the program as precisely as possible, you are well on your way to restoring normal function and improving your health. It’s that simple!
In medicine, the medical doctor makes a diagnosis and then uses drugs or surgery to attack or suppress the symptom, or to surgically remove the “offending” organ or malfunctioning part. In muscle testing, we use personalized wellness programs and proper detoxification to correct the root cause of the problem, so that the body can regain the ability to correct itself.
What is a Personalized Wellness Program?
There is a great deal of technology and know how behind what we do. Through an analysis of your body’s toxicity and functionality, we help you journey down the most personalized path to health by identifying what your body specifically muscle tests for along with emotional healing. Depending on your individual situation, we might also require that you make some specific changes in your diet and eating habits, and in your routines, to bring about the best possible results.
Why Do I Need Supplements?
Different deficiencies may be due to your past personal eating habits and routines, but it is for sure due, to a large extent, to the lack of quality in the foods commercially available in grocery stores or restaurants today and the toxic world we live in.
An example of a whole food could be carrots. Carrots are high in Vitamin A Complex. A “complex” is something made up of many different parts that work together. Synthetic Vitamin A does not contain the whole “Vitamin A Complex” found in nature. So, if we were looking for a food high in Vitamin A, carrots might be one of our choices.
If one were factually deficient in any of the components of Vitamin A Complex, one would be wise to seek out a supplement that was made from whole foods that were rich in this complex – not from chemicals re-engineered in a laboratory to look like one little part of the Vitamin A
Complex that has erroneously been labeled as “Vitamin A.”
Over-the-counter vitamins are pharmaceutically engineered chemical fractions of vitamin structures reproduced in a laboratory. These cannot be used in lieu of whole food supplements in a designed clinical nutrition program. The label “natural” is misleading when applied to nutritional products, as the FDA will approve such labeling based on a small percentage of naturally sourced components. Such products don’t correct existing imbalances and may introduce new ones.
Your vitality and energy are derived from live food.
There is a Great Deal of Technology and Know-How Behind What We Do
- Through an analysis of your body, we help you to determine the exact personalized wellness program you need to bring about balance and better health.
- We make these highly concentrated therapeutic formulations available to you in tablets, capsules, liquid, or in powdered form to “supplement” your current diet. That’s why they are called “food supplements.”
- Depending on your individual situation, we might also require that you make some specific changes in your diet and eating habits, and in your routines, to bring about the best possible results.
- We utilize emotional healing modalities since emotions are a big hold up for healing.
Follow Up Visits
An analysis of your body be performed on each follow up visit. Often these follow up visits also reveal additional layers of dysfunction. These can then be addressed in the correct sequence for your body.
Each client gets a completely individualized program. Very much like opening a combination lock, you must use the right numbers in the right sequence and in the right direction at the right time – then the lock opens easily.
Therefore, since every case is different, by following the correct sequence as revealed through muscle testing, even the most complicated cases can be handled.
How did I get involved in Muscle Testing?
Before I learned about muscle testing, I thought that I was doing great things for my body. Little did I know, I was wrong. I did not think my diet was terrible, but I often liked to eat ice cream or frozen yogurt at night for a treat. I would exercise and never lose any weight. I was always tired and I would wake up in the morning and be excited to be able to go back to bed as soon as I could. I was on medications for my menstrual cycle and at that time I did not realize the side effects that it had. I was sweating all the time, always tired, had terrible acne, hormonal issues, craved sugar, and I never felt well.
I was bound and determined to feel better. I was introduced to muscle testing and I learned how much lifestyle changes make an impact. I made very drastic changes right away and stopped eating gluten, sugar, dairy, and caffeine. I lost 30 pounds in less than two months, had energy, and my brain fog was gone.
I then got married and I wanted to get my body in the best condition I could to be able to have children. I utilized muscle testing to help aid with fertility and to get my body in optimum condition for pregnancy. Once my husband and I were ready for children it did not take long to get pregnant with either of our children. I was able to have two home birth’s of my dreams and my body bounced back in no time.
Since starting on a personalized wellness program I am now energized, have a better memory, and I now know the magnitude of things that muscle testing, emotional healing, and frequency work may help with. I then decided that I wanted to become a practitioner and get out of the medical industry as a Registered Nurse. I have learned that the body has innate intelligence and the ability to heal itself. I want to be able to share my knowledge and help as many people as I can.
